Terms of Use & Cancellation Policy

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other information provided to you, form the basis of your agreement with Delphi Trips.

By making a booking, the person whose name appears first on the reservation (“Lead Name”) agrees on behalf of all participants that:

• They have read and accepted these Terms of Use
• They consent to the use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• They are over 18 years of age and responsible for all participants included in the booking
• They accept financial responsibility for the booking
• They have reviewed all tour information prior to making a reservation

1. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the tours.

Some services may be provided by independent third-party suppliers, whose own terms and conditions may apply and may limit their liability.

2. Nature of Tours & Assumption of Risk

Our tours are primarily conducted outdoors and may involve exposure to certain risks (e.g. weather conditions, natural environments, etc.).

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that:

• You accept the inherent risks involved
• You participate at your own responsibility
• Itineraries may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances

We are not liable for injuries, losses, delays, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

3. Participant Behavior

Participants are required to:

• Follow the instructions of guides and staff
• Behave respectfully towards other participants and third parties

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.

Participants are responsible for any damage or loss caused by their actions.

4. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by us.

All tours must be paid in full prior to their start date.

Prices are subject to change in case of errors or necessary adjustments.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us in advance.

• Bookings made via our website: You may cancel your booking at any time prior to the tour start time.
• Refund policy: A full refund will be provided only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the tour.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

5.2 Cancellation by Us

Our aim is to operate all tours as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour or booking at any time.

We will inform you as soon as possible if a significant change or cancellation is necessary.

Most of our tours take place outdoors. We may need to cancel a tour prior to its start due to:

• adverse weather conditions
• unforeseen circumstances
• transportation issues
• insufficient number of participants

In the event of cancellation by us for the above reasons, you will receive a full refund.

Alternatively, we will offer you one of the following options:

1. Receive a full refund
2. Join an alternative tour or activity of similar standard at no additional cost (subject to availability)

6. Special Requests

Any special requests (e.g. dietary requirements, medical needs) must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

7. Health & Fitness

Participants must be in suitable physical condition to take part in the tour.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the tour is appropriate for your health and fitness level.

If a participant is deemed unable to safely continue, we reserve the right to exclude them from the tour without refund.

8. Insurance

All trips include liability insurance. (including medical and cancellation coverage).

9. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate. However, errors and changes may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
